From order to dispatch. The full history, in one place.

THE SYSTEMS YOU KNOW. FINALLY TOGETHER.

VismaHubSpotshopifyMyStoreWooCommerce

One order. The whole story.

The connection is what makes the difference — the same order, right through the working day.

  1. Store — the order arrives

The team sees what the customer ordered and which channel it came from, in the same list as every other order.

  2. Warehouse — the work continues

Picking, packing and exceptions hang on that same order, with locations, totes and a full trail.

  3. Shipping — the parcel is followed

Booking, label and delivery status sit on the order, next to what the carrier actually invoiced.

  4. Customer service — the customer gets an answer

The case opens with the order and the tracking already in place. Hilde prepares a draft; a person reviews and sends.

We do not replace your systems

Visma Business NXT, HubSpot, Shopify, MyStore and WooCommerce stay where they are. Workspace mirrors the data into one database and puts the workspace on top.

So adopting it is not a system migration. Your books stay in Visma, your customers in HubSpot, your store in Shopify. What is new is that they finally see each other — and that nobody exports to a spreadsheet to find out.

From a question to the next step.

Hilde sees the same data you do, with the same permissions. It finds the orders that need attention, drafts replies in customer service, prepares bookkeeping and finds the discrepancy in a freight invoice.

The evidence comes with the answer. A draft points at the order, the tracking or the voucher it was built from, so the person can judge it before anything is sent. Hilde prepares; a person approves.

The models run on Vertex AI in an EU region. Anything leaving the EU has to be switched on deliberately: it is a toggle, not an assumption.

Holio Chat. Keep the conversation with the work.

Bring the team together around what needs doing. Holio Chat gives you channels, groups and direct messages on the same platform as your orders, customers and shipments.

Resolve it in the conversation. Share files, reply in threads and find past decisions. Start a meeting or call a colleague when talking is easier.

Keep more of the working day together. Email, company updates and Hilde are available in the same app. For teams working across companies, conversations and access stay with the right company.

Holio Code / Studio. Turn an idea into a workspace.

A new website, a better customer page or a custom warehouse overview. Describe what you need and develop a draft built on the Holio platform.

Studio brings the page into view. Create websites, webshop pages and internal workspaces using products, customers and orders as a starting point. Preview the result and review the changes before publication.

Code gives developers a workbench. Work with project files, AI-assisted code and change review. Code is the developer tool; Studio is the environment for pages and content.

You describe the need, review the result and decide what to put into use.

Start with one job. Build from there.

Get going at a pace that suits you. None of these steps asks you to stop something that works.

  1. Find a good first step

We go through the team's working day and pick one flow that is worth improving first.

  2. Settle the systems

We look at data sources, permissions and the connections you need, and mirror the history while everything keeps running.

  3. Try it with the team

Screens, queues, roles and permissions are set up for how you actually work. We walk through the setup together before you start.

Good to know.

Do we have to change ERP?

No. Workspace reads from the ERP you have. Visma Business NXT is the one we know best, and bookkeeping, VAT and ledgers go straight against it.

Where does the data live?

In the EU. The database and the AI models run in European regions, and there is a separate switch that must be turned on before anything is processed outside the EU.

What happens to HubSpot?

HubSpot stays as your CRM and your mail sender. Workspace mirrors contacts, companies, deals, quotes and invoices in, so support and order desk see them without switching tabs.

Does Hilde send replies on its own?

No. Hilde prepares a draft and a person reviews it and sends. If something is to run automatically it is set up as its own rule, with its own checkpoints.

Can we run several companies in one workspace?

Yes. Data and permissions are separated per company, and a user can have access to one or several. That is how groups and accounting firms use it.

Can we start with one part only?

Yes. Many start with customer service or shipping and grow from there. Modules are enabled per company, and what you have not enabled is not in the menu.

What does it cost?

It depends on which modules you use and how much goes through them. We set the price after a walkthrough so it is something you can budget — see Pricing.

See how it can fit together.

Tell us which systems you run and what takes time. Then we show the workspace with your own orders, products and carrier rates — not with demo data.
